Reality: Our modern lifestyle contributes to a diet deficient in nutrients - no matter how well fed we think we are.
Fact: Food refining strips up to 80% of minerals from the foods that nature intended it to be.
Fact: Air pollution, man-made pesticides and toxic chemicals harmful to our environment.
We can live full, rich and healthy if we take only the action and incorporate a little straight forward changes in eating habits and lifestyle.

Consider two typical but very different clients - a busy mother and executive stress. Both are seeking advice on healthy eating and exercise. t is just too easy to wheel a standard “Five-A-Day” and “30 minutes of daily exercise on five days or more per week” formula, but this may be totally impossible for some customers. For most people This board is totally inadequate unless the motivation and lifestyle are taken into account.
In addition to receiving advice on diet and supplements, customers need to explore seriously the benefits they will experience from a lifestyle more healthy, and consider the consequences of not following through what they have learned. Some people will not change the same when they realize fully the risks associated with their current lifestyle - including the ones who continue to smoke despite the warnings on cigarette packets.
Although once the nutrition consultation or coaching session can help you kick-start a new way of eating and living, the effect may soon fade. To succeed, your health and your program of fitness should fit into your life as a permanent program, it is useful to the source of a recurring series of tips on incorporating healthy eating your lives everyday.
