There had been numerous suicide attempts. I know most people like a drink but sometimes when people are depressed and drink its really unfair to the people around them. Try not to let them drink a lot, I know they may not love it, but most problems occur when there is alcohol involved, they may want to drink beer and Lemonade or Pink Lemonade and not enough to make them drunk.
Food, at times low they may not want to eat, but try to eat something, toast, biscuits, sweets, anything is better than nothing. Heathy food is better, like pasta, a healthy diet, mind heathy
Exit-Sometimes all a depressed person wants to do is hide from the world, try to take them out to place were they feel relaxed, even going into the garden for fresh air is good must start somewhere.
